PartnerSource President Applauds Supreme Court Decision to give Oklahoma “The Option

Oklahoma City, OK – PartnerSource President Bill Minick has released the following statement thanking the Oklahoma Supreme Court for ruling in favor of the constitutionality of The Option to workers’ compensation coverage. It is a victory for employers and injured workers across the state.
“The Oklahoma Supreme Court’s decision (Tuesday, April 28) was a success for The Option.
Oklahoma businesses can now be assured that we have a product that is not only validated by the Oklahoma legislature, but the Supreme Court with a solid 7-2 majority decision.
“Oklahoma’s highest court has given the green light for a truly competitive marketplace for workers’ compensation. The Oklahoma Supreme Court’s diligence and dedication to this matter that ultimately decided to give business owners the right to choose the best way to take care of their employees, was the right decision.”
